Sixth Form
Our aim in Early Years is to promote personal development and English learning. How we do it? Children experience these learnings areas through playing and exploring.
The programme, based on the British curriculum complemented by the IEYC framework, consists of seven key areas of learning:
- Personal, Social and Emotional Development
- Communication and Language
- Physical Development
- Literacy
- Mathematics
- Understanding the World
- Expressive Arts and Design
Primary
- Learning with the IPC means that pupils will acquire basic knowledge through funny and stimulating lessons.
- IPC is a comprehensive, thematic and creative curriculum that will allow students to achieve international mindedness and personal learning based on objectives.
Secondary students not only consolidate their academic skills, but they also learn to make decisions based on their personal strengths and passions.
The Secondary stage combines two curriculums: on the one hand, there is the Spanish national curriculum, and on the other, there is the Middle Years Programme (MYP) of the International Baccalaureate Organisation (IB). Studying both programmes helps the students to become creative, critical, and reflective thinkers.
At the end of the stage, pupils sit the MYP e-assessments.
- The Spanish International Programme, mostly taught in Spanish, which includes some of the core components of the International Diploma Programme.
- The Bilingual Diploma Programme of the International Baccalaureate, taught in English.
