Isabel Navarro – Co-founder and General Manager at Fundación Créate
Co-founder and General Director of the Fundación Créate. Industrial Engineer from the Simón Bolívar University (Caracas, VE) with studies at the Université Technologie de Compiègne (FR) and the Universität Karlsruhe (DE), Isabel has an EMBA from ESADE (Madrid, ES). She has worked in R&D&I consulting for more than ten years. Co-founder of Círculo de Orellana. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Open Education Association.
Marta Martínez – Principal at Internacional Aravaca
Graduated in Business Administration with a Master’s Degree in Management of Educational Centers and since 2008, she has been the Principal of the Internacional Aravaca school, which she inaugurated and where she discovered her passion for teaching business skills, introducing an “entrepreneurship” curricular subject in the school’s educational project.
Iago Campo – Entrepreneur
While Iago studied at Internacional Aravaca founded an automobile enterprise at the age of 16 years old which still runs day today. When he was 19, he entered in a restoration group currently in charge of 5 restaurants and plans to open 5 more in the next 2 years. At this moment he works as the manager of the latest venue opened, managing a team of 15 employees.

In this presentation, Professor Tristram Hooley, will look at the future and, while no one can predict what will happen, Professor Hooley will argue that there are lots of things that we can do to ‘future proof’ ourselves and our children. He will explore what the big trends in technology, politics and society mean for careers in the future and examine the skills and occupations that are most likely to be in high demand in the next 10, 15 or 30 years.
Tristram Hooley – Professor of Career Education at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences
Having previously worked as Director of Research for Careers & Enterprise Company, Chief Research Officer at Institute of Student Employers and Head of International Centre for Guidance Studies at the University of Derby. He has published 10 books and over 100 articles and reports.

Adjunct Professor of the Department of Personality, Evaluation and Psychological Treatment at the University of Murcia. She has a Master’s Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and is a health professional.
Edgar Breso – Doctor in Psychology and Professor – Jaume I University of Castellón
Professor of the Social Psychology Area and Director of the Master’s Degree in Emotional Intelligence and Coaching at the Universitat Jaume I de Castellón. Awarded for his work as a professor and researcher.
